Amici Guesthouse - Rome

The Amici Guesthouse had a great location, just a short walk from Termini station. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in, allowing me to explore the city freely. I struggled with check-in since no one was at the front desk when I arrived, leaving me waiting outside for a bit. The room itself was a bit cramped, and the bathroom was in need of some improvements-there were signs of mold in the shower, and I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the facilities overall. I was disappointed that the staff wasn't very responsive or helpful . Despite the positives, the room's maintenance and staff service could use substantial enhancement.

everything was perfectly fine, but we stayed for 3 nights only. stayed in a decent size suite where water does n't drain away. it was in the central location practically next the main train station.

We had triple room, and it was amazingly comfortable and beautiful where shower had water clogging. The hotel's location was super and cool, next to Roma termini station, tram, train and bus, and restaurants...

Deluxe hotel, it has good service and magnificent location close to several attractions. The property's staff are flexible and hospitable. Would stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed our fantastic stay here.

A safe box, multi-channel TV and a writing desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice bathrooms with bidet.

Reception was cluttered and check-in was frustrating.

Broken AC during a heat wave, strong sewage smell from bathroom, noticeably cluttered reception area, staff restroom lacking basic hygiene, inability to negotiate early departure, unwelcoming initial impression with unsolicited watch sales!!!

The front desk staff was accommodating, allowing luggage storage prior to check-in even when the room was not yet ready. This flexibility was greatly appreciated during our early arrival.

The shower stall was somewhat small and the glass shelf appeared to be unstable.

Great location near Termini station

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, made for a restful night after days of sightseeing. The check-in process was a bit frustrating as there was no one at the reception when I arrived, so I had to wait outside for a while. It was decent, but the staff responsiveness could use some improvement.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick stopover in Rome with fantastic value for money. Consider visiting during the days when the streets are less crowded for a more relaxed experience.

The location provides easy access to major attractions, just a short walk from the transport hub. The room was tidy and the comfortable bed made for a restful night. The initial check-in experience was confusing due to the reception being unstaffed, and the lack of visible signage for the hotel made it hard to find. Some noise from the street was noticeable at night, which disrupted sleep.

The place was super clean and felt safe! It's practically next to Termini Station, made exploring the city easy.

Group travelers, not a bad choice

Location was pretty good, just steps from the central train station! And we had an early arrival, so it was nice the front desk let us store our bags in the room without a hassle!

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

Recently refurbished double room with comfy beds. A wide range of facilities available including climate control and Netflix. Convenient location near Termini, restaurants, mini mart, train station, and bicycle hire. Plenty of food options within a short walking distance from the guesthouse.
